If you’re just tuning in, my short story, “Of Winter’s Curse” will be published by Pocol Press as part of an anthology of selected horror stories written by members of my writers group.
We did have to change our name though, since another group has already claimed legal rights. So for this publication, and all others hereafter, we will now be known as The League of Eclectic Authors.
Our book is titled, “Bill of Frights” and the soft-cover, bound edition is scheduled to be released on April 1, 2014 (no joke!). An e-book release will be made available soon after.
The book is described as:
“A collection of fourteen delicious horror tales, Bill of Frights is the first anthology by The League of Eclectic Authors.
When darkness slowly descends on the Nation’s Capital, and a full moon balances among ancient oaks, a mist begins to form in the deepening gloom. And from this mist, ghostly apparitions, brazen eaters of souls, diabolical demons, and other mortal fears emerge to take up the power struggle. Join in for variegated horror tales and vicarious pleasures.”
Bill of Frights is available for pre-order from the Pocol Press website: Bill of Frights
Upcoming events will include a release party, signings, and readings at various venues in the Washington, D.C. area. I’ll keep you posted :o)
Meanwhile, our group is already at work creating stories for our 2nd anthology by The League of Eclectic Authors – me included, of course!
